As a Senior Managing Principal at OneDigital, Shawn primarily focuses on talent acquisition, sales strategy, market consistency, and business growth. He is passionate about health care and customer service and possesses a keen insight and understanding into the unique challenges and obstacles the health care industry poses to companies. He specializes on identifying strategic partnerships with the top industry affiliated experts and resources that offer enhanced value to clients. Shawn previously served as president and as CEO of Kistler Tiffany Benefits until the company was acquired by OneDigital in January 2020.
Shawn is active with various industry affiliated groups. He is member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Health Underwriters (GPAHU) and the Pennsylvania Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU), of which he has held several leadership positions and the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
Shawn is involved in various board positions with both for profit and nonprofit organizations, including Business Clubs America and Archetype Solutions Group.
