Kelly draws on nearly 20 years of experience in HR, recruiting, online benefit management technology & benefits consulting. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in speech communication with a minor in marketing from Southern Illinois University and has an accident, sickness, and life insurance license for the state of Georgia. Kelly joined OneDigital as a Small Group Benefits Consultant and transitioned into New Business Development in April of 2010. She was named a top benefits advisor by the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors in 2020.
Kelly is instrumental in developing a team of Business Development Executives and is a connector in multiple networking organizations in the community. She is a pioneer of new learning and understands the challenges that businesses face as they navigate cost, employee education, engagement, problem resolution, benefit administration and compliance as they relate to employee benefits and total rewards.
