About
Rochelle Olivas joined OneDigital in 2012 as part of the very first acquisition in California. She has seen the company grow and evolve while still maintaining its true core values and amazing culture. During her time at OneDigital, she has grown from an Account Manager to Service Manager to a Senior Benefits Consultant and even received OneDigital’s 2018 National Summit Award for all-around outstanding performance.
She enjoys the personal relationships she has built with all of her clients and continues to nurture many of them even as her roles have changed. Her expertise stems from 7 years of managing a book of clients ranging in size from 200 - 1,000 employees, mostly in the technology sector. As a Senior Benefits Consultant, her primary focus is bringing creative ideas and programs to the attention of her clients. Rochelle graduated from San Jose State University in 2006 with a B.A. in Business Administration.
Rochelle is a born and raised Californian who takes frequent trips to the coastal beaches with her daughter, partner and fur pup. She is also a huge nature lover and enjoys any outdoor adventure, hugging trees and planting flowers.
