Debbie Werst is a Client Services Manager at OneDigital. Debbie draws upon her more than 25 years of benefits insurance experience to help employers build and maintain the right benefits program for their employees. Throughout her career, Deb has had the opportunity to gain the technical expertise about insurance products and benefits programs, which provides her with the foundation to build effective benefit program solutions for her clients. In addition, working directly with a large, diverse number of clients, has given her a broad understanding of the needs and challenges that employers’ face.
