Kevin O’Connor holds a strong presence in the Massachusetts market, with over two decades of experience in the health insurance industry. As a Principal out of the OneDigital Massachusetts office, Kevin epitomizes the OneDigital culture whether he’s interacting with a client or a fellow colleague and brings innovative and fresh thinking solutions to his clients and team alike.
Prior to joining Digital, he served as President of the organization Strategic Employee Benefit Services (SEBS), specializing in medical, dental, disability, life, and voluntary products. He believes that he is incredibly fortunate to build such strong client relationships founded on elements of trust, integrity and immediate service. Kevin embraces the wide variety of client needs between verticals, and uses every opportunity to provide unique solutions, rather than a canned, one-size-fits-all approach.
Kevin is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a Registered Health Underwriter and a Registered Employee Benefits Consultant. He remains present within professional organizations such as the New England Employee Benefits Council, the Society for Human Resources Management, the National Association of Health Underwriters, and the Massachusetts Association of Health Underwriters.
Kevin is licensed to sell life, health, and accident products in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, and Kentucky.
