Acquisition of New Jersey-Based Firm Will Create First Ancillary-Focused Division and Serves as New Service Deliverable for Broker Partners

Berwyn, PA – September 10, 2020 – Kistler Tiffany Benefits, a OneDigital company, and leading employee benefits general agency in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, announced today the acquisition of Advanced Benefits Concepts (ABC) located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This strategic partnership brings together the region’s top health and ancillary benefits experts and will formalize a wholly ancillary resource and approach within Kistler Tiffany Benefits, bringing scale and focus to a growing organization.

This strategic initiative is the first acquisition for Kistler Tiffany Benefits since it became part of OneDigital in January 2020 and is an important new component of the General Agency’s value proposition.

As part of this acquisition, Tom Shank, who previously held the role of President and Owner of ABC, will assume the title of General Agency Ancillary Manager & Principal and will work closely with Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ leadership team. The current ABC staff will also join in this new venture.
