Jillian Vinci
Financial Benefits Consultant
Jillian has worked in the insurance and financial industries for over 20 years, with a concentration in Health & Benefits for the last 16 years.
She brings extensive experience in financial analytics, client management, relationship development, and strategic development. She brings a proactive approach to employee benefits that is coupled with a deep understanding of how that function impacts organizational and financial objectives.
In her dual role as a Financial Benefits Consultant and a Benefits Consultant, she’ll be supporting customers that range from 500 to 7,000 employees, helping them develop robust benefit options while also meeting the financial needs of the company.
Eric Pomroy
Sales Manager
As a Business Development Executive, Eric Pomroy is responsible for establishing and fostering new relationships and challenging employer groups away from the status quo. He is passionate about opening doors and sharing OneDigital’s message with prospective clients. Eric has worked in the healthcare and insurance industry for over 10 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Muhlenberg College where he double-majored in Economics and Finance. Eric also received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
Jason Interlande
Senior Benefits Consultant
As a Senior Benefits Consultant, Jason is responsible for designing strategic initiatives for managing vendor negotiations, presenting OneDigital’s claim & utilization analysis/reporting, setting budget projections, monitoring overall plan performance, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. He is closely involved with all his clients and is focused exclusively on delivering best in class solutions for his clients. He is present at nearly every interaction and involved with both the planning and execution of key initiatives.
Jason has over 15 years of experience in employee benefits as both a broker/consultant as well as an insurance carrier underwriter and account manager. He is intimately familiar with the underwriting methodologies of the various insurance carriers and stop loss vendors.
