Her experience working “both sides of the table”, first as a practitioner (personal trainer, health coach, clinician), then as insurance carrier representative and advisor, has allowed Sara to develop unique understanding of the needs and challenges that employers face in an ever-changing workforce environment. Sara works with OneDigital’s clients to develop people-first cultures by integrating “Next Practice” thinking and strategic solutions that drive measurable outcomes and create thriving organizations.

Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager, Ashley is responsible for the day-to-day customer relationships and execution of their employee benefits strategy. She has over 12 years of consulting experience in all aspects of employee benefit programs including: core health & welfare benefit plans, voluntary benefits, compliance, wellbeing and employee communications, onboarding and supporting M&A activity.
In addition to her consulting role, she is responsible for the management of her customers. By utilizing her strong leadership and communication skills, Ashley is able to help clients solve for the many challenges they face.
