Bob Simeone is the Senior Managing Principal at OneDigital Greater New York, responsible for the firm’s operations, business development, client services, financial analytics and administrative teams in New York and New Jersey. He’s committed to managing and developing people and improving service models. Bob has participated on strategic advisory boards and is a regular speaker at industry forums.
Bob works with client partners on cost containment strategies and technology integrations that deliver proven results to companies of all sizes. He manages a team of professionals with a focus on compliance, data and education. His experience in marketplace negotiations, funding mechanisms, plan analytics and administrative management help develop client relationships into long-term partnerships. Using a client lifecycle approach, Bob ensures that clients are well-positioned through strategic planning, financial dashboards, regulatory monitoring and wellness campaigns.
Before Bob’s career focused on employee benefits, he directed human resources at a large New York City landmark restaurant where his responsibilities concentrated on benefits, labor relations, HRIS and financial controls.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University.
