He's committed to managing and developing people and improving service models. Bob has participated on strategic advisory boards and is a regular speaker at industry forums.
Bob works with client partners on cost containment strategies and technology integrations that deliver proven results to companies of all sizes. He manages a team of professionals with a focus on compliance, data and education. His experience in marketplace negotiations, funding mechanisms, plan analytics and administrative management help develop client relationships into long-term partnerships. Using a client lifecycle approach, Bob ensures that clients are well-positioned through strategic planning, financial dashboards, regulatory monitoring and wellness campaigns.
Before Bob’s career focused on employee benefits, he directed human resources at a large New York City landmark restaurant where his responsibilities concentrated on benefits, labor relations, HRIS and financial controls.
Bob holds a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University.
