Bob Williams is the Principal, Managing Consultant for OneDigital’s Benemax Solution Team. His passion for this industry successfully engages clients, consultants, and carrier partners. He’s committed to managing and developing people, establishing best practices, and improving service delivery models across the organization. Bob loves rolling up his sleeves to develop and implement strategies that control costs and provide meaningful benefits to employees while coordinating his team to execute on those strategies from a product and service perspective.

Key strategies include health improvement programs, alternative funding arrangements, ACA and compliance, analytical tools, online benefit administration, and employee communications.

Bob earned his degree in marketing from the University of Rhode Island and currently resides in Franklin, MA. When he’s not entrenched with work, you can find him on the golf course, attending Boston Bruins games, or spending time with family on Cape Cod.
