Eric’s industry expertise includes Telecom, Beverage/Consumer Packaged Goods and Financial Services. In addition to his various HR roles, Eric has served as a director of sales support and an IT business partner. With this well-rounded experience, Eric is able to work with the C-suite to design and implement strategies for compensation and benefits programs as well as HR systems road maps that capitalize on emerging technologies and are cost-effective. He has presided over large-scale HR technology implementations including SAP HCM and Payroll and the full suite of Workday HR.
