Josh’s career over two decades has been focused on developing the next generation of Ancillary Benefit Solutions to meet the specialized needs of employers and employees. His consulting expertise is in benefit design, contract analysis, product development, value maximization, and integrating the Ancillary Benefit Strategy into the Comprehensive Benefit Strategy (Unified Benefit Development) for proactively-minded employers.
Josh also consults for Insurance Carriers on new Ancillary Benefit Product Development and has helped bring new innovative products and solutions to market that were never before available. Josh is a frequent speaker on the dynamic future of Ancillary Benefit Development and the importance of understanding the impact of these benefits on families.
