Kylie serves as the Senior Human Resources Consultant for the state of Florida. Kylie has over 16 years of experience in the Human Resources Consulting industry. Kylie has a unique ability to connect with employers and help them understand the impact HR has on their workforce. She specializes in recruiting, training, compliance consulting, employee relations, and employee handbook development & has a wealth of knowledge on regulations and best practices.
Kylie is a unique salesperson who only sells when she knows it will positively impact the group she’s addressing. She leads with her heart, and her desire to help employees live their best lives is palpable in her work.
Before OneDigital, Kylie worked for 14 years at a Human Resources Consulting firm, managing the firm and its consulting staff for the last 6 years.
Kylie lives in Orlando, FL, with her husband Chad and children Marin and Chandler. In her personal time, Kylie enjoys playing sports with her kids, Coaching her daughter’s volleyball team, and volunteering at school and local charities.
