As Chief Information Officer at OneDigital, a leading insurance, financial services and HR consulting advisory firm, Marcia Calleja-Matsko is responsible for all IT functions including the strategic planning and execution of OneDigital’s information technology services to support future growth. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Marcia expertly leads a robust team of information technology professionals who focus on the continued evolution of OneDigital’s industry-leading technology platform to help the organization achieve its strategic business objectives at pace and scale. Marcia is a recognized team builder, change agent and negotiator with a track record of success in large-scale programs, transformations, turnarounds, sourcing, and operational excellence.
Prior to joining OneDigital, Marcia served as the CIO at Avanos Medical, a medical device company focused on delivering clinically superior breakthrough solutions. She also held multiple senior leadership positions including Global Director of IT Strategy and Governance at Avanos Medical, where Marcia was responsible for the company’s global information technology strategy development and delivery, including architecture, applications, data management, technology, and security. Additionally, Marcia served as the Global Director for IT Data Center Demand and Business Management for SITA, a leading global specialist in air transport communications and IT solutions supporting over 150 airlines and 370 airports. While at SITA, Marcia led the IT organization’s transformation, greatly improving system stability and organizational effectiveness. She provided senior leadership and direction for SITA applications, infrastructure, and network operational performance as it relates to the data center, including the maintenance and development of plans for continual improvement of service availability of systems, products and solutions developed and managed by the data center.
Marcia currently serves as the Chair for the GeorgiaCIO organization, a preeminent peer leadership network of Georgia CIOs and she serves on the Board for the Women in Technology (WIT) organization in Atlanta. She is passionate about preparing young women and single mothers for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) careers and serves as a mentor through WIT supporting multiple STEM initiatives.
Marcia earned her BSBA from the University of Florida in 1990.
