Michael Steinberg is a principal at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Michael has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry on both the consulting side and in private business. Prior to joining Digital, he was principal of The Montgomery Benefits Group, specializing in consulting for small- to mid-sized businesses. He is the current chairman of the board of the Madlyn and Leonard Abramson Center for Jewish Life, and of the Personnel Committee for Federation Housing. Michael was a strategic steering committee member for senior services of the Federation of Jewish Agencies and past president of Philadelphia Business Executives. He’s a recipient of the Gold Medallion Award of Achievement from Golden Slipper Club and Charities, as well as a past president and chairman, and is now a trustee of the charity's Foundation Allocation Committee.
Michael received his degree in organizational management and information systems from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and has lectured at the Wharton School Entrepreneurial Center and Gratz College in addition to other venues. He is licensed to sell life, accident and health insurance products in 14 states.
