Natalie joined the OneDigital Health & Wellbeing Team as the Wellness Coordinator in January 2015 after completing her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia. From 2017 to 2020, Natalie served as OneDigital’s Lead Health & Wellbeing Consultant in the Georgia Market and actively collaborated with clients to identify opportunities for worksite wellness programming, developed and executed customized and strategic health & wellbeing programs, coordinated and implemented onsite wellness initiatives, evaluated data, and researched worksite wellness best practices, vendor partners, resources, tools, and solutions. Natalie has completed all four levels of the Chapman Institute worksite wellness certifications, finishing with the Worksite Wellness Program Consultant certification. She is also a WELCOA (the Wellness Council of America) member.
In 2021, Natalie transitioned into her role as Manager of Engagement & Communications and was promoted to Senior Manager of Engagement & Communications in 2023. Currently, she services our clients and internal teams by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies for external employee engagement, spanning across communications and wellbeing, and equips our clients with the tools, resources, and assistance to build successful employee engagement programs. Natalie serves as the practice liaison to the market and works closely with client service teams across the Southeast region and National Practice Leaders; she is also the in-house expert on all related tools and vendors, providing assistance, guidance, training, and recommendations to internal teams.
