Tom Bazzano is a Benefits Consultant at OneDigital, a national team of experience, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Tom has over eight years of experience within the insurance industry. Prior to joining OneDigital, he spent a summer working on Vermont’s health insurance exchange, Vermont Health Connect. After VHC, he moved to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont as a Managed Healthcare Analyst. At BCBSVT, he focused his role to deliver highly accurate and actionable big data analytics while managing relationships and implementing major process improvements.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont School of Business Administration. He completed his degree in 2013 with a concentration in Management Information Systems and a minor in Computer Science. In addition, he was awarded the BCBSVT “Blue Idea of the Year” for implementing the most efficient and effective cost saving measure at the company.
