Tom leads the Private Equity/M&A practice and has provided employee benefits consulting for the past 25 years. He has experience with a wide variety of industries, but a specialization in government contractors and companies engaged in an M&A high growth strategy.
He consistently distinguishes himself by effectively handling complex companies with dynamic needs. By understanding his client’s culture and financial needs, he consistently delivers innovative solutions that reducing waste while at the same time enhancing employee satisfaction to support recruiting and retention strategies. He has a very strong focus on financials but also balanced with employee communications and engagement. Tom has represented his clients with over 30 successful acquisitions from due diligence, onboarding/integration, optimization, and eventually ensuring his clients are fully “exit ready” when the time is right for an IPO or to be acquired. Tom has a BS in Finance and an MBA and was the recipient of the 2020 OneDigital Innovation Excellence Award.
