She began focusing on employee benefits and absence management over 10 years ago and enjoys supporting her clients as they navigate their leave administration options. Prior to joining OneDigital, Bethany’s experience was based in finance from private equity, public accounting and real estate where she enjoyed working with a large range of employers.
