Cyndi Dimel is a driven and strategic HR Professional with a stellar 20+ years of experience in all facets of human resources. Cyndi has worked in, managed and led all facets of human resources from small to large organizations to up to and including Fortune 50 companies. In addition, she has successfully owned and operated a human resources consulting company. Cyndi relies on her rich generalist background to provide clients with solutions that will enhance all phases of their employee’s lifecycle. She strikes an integral balance between staff advocacy and corporate goals while still aligning to the broader enterprise. Through adaptability, inquisition and innovation, she provides her clients new creative solutions while still anticipating future obstacles, tackling potential issues and providing new opportunities. Cyndi recieved a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona where she played collegiate soccer.
