John Snyder is a Principal at OneDigital, a national team of experienced employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Before joining OneDigital, John served as President at Amplified Insurance Partners in Westwood, MA. Since his introduction into the industry, John has worked for several industry leaders such as UNUM, Sun Life, and Fidelity, helping companies manage their employee benefits, human resources, and recruiting process through a business process outsourcing (BPO) model. With these experiences, he now specializes in health and welfare benefits strategy, planning and administration, outsourced human resources, and talent acquisition for small to mid-sized companies
John graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with his Bachelor of Science and holds his Life and Health license from Massachusetts. He currently sits on the board of directors for Realizing Children’s Strengths, a not-for-profit providing individualized behavioral and educational services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.
