Julie McGown has been an HR Consultant at OneDigital since joining the team last November. Prior to starting at OneDigital she worked as an internal HR Manager in the agricultural, retail, and social service industries. Julie has specialized in employee engagement, conflict management, and leave of absence management in the past, but has experience taking on the full scope of the HR practice. She believes people are any company’s most important asset, and enjoys working with managers to build engaging and productive workplaces!
