Kendra is a seasoned HR Business Partner and Recruitment Specialist with many years’ of experience in human resources and recruitment. She currently consults with clients across a wide range of industries to source talent into various positions from Associate level to Vice President. In addition to recruitment, Kendra also works closely with her clients to provide guidance and support in the areas of new hire onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, compliance, retention, and overall employee engagement initiatives. Prior to joining OneDigital, Kendra spent 15 years with Deloitte in various roles within college relations and human resources. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Stonehill College complemented by the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
