As Director of Culture and Employee Experience, Maria is responsible for overseeing HR services, policies, and programs for more than 140 full-time employees that make up OneDigital's Philadelphia office. She also provides support to clients in the form of consulting projects, including employee handbook evaluations, regulatory assessments, and on-site training.
A seasoned HR professional, Maria has served in various HR positions for companies ranging in size and industry. Her breadth and depth of experience has proved crucial when it comes to assisting with strategic planning and new initiatives for clients.
Maria is active within the local Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapters and is a past president and current board member of the Chester County Human Resources Association. For her work, she was recently nominated for Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year.
She has served on the board of the Kistler-Tiffany Foundation since 2016, where she has held positions of vice president and secretary.
She is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where she earned an MBA in Management and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
