Mark Thielmann is a Managing Director, Corporate Advisory for OneDigital. He focuses on direct investment, debt and equity financing, merger and acquisition services, capital structure development, and strategic advisory for OneDigital clients.
For nearly 20 years, Mark has worked as an independent sponsor and advisor in consumer products, healthcare, aviation, and logistics. As a former investor, director, and executive of portfolio companies, he has developed an appreciation of these multiple perspectives and leverages his experience by partnering and collaborating with clients, their investors, and their executive teams to drive results and returns.
Mark’s experience includes securing over $1 billion in funding through traditional and complex capital structures for diverse public and private clients. Mark received his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and his undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College.
