After being an executive at a large non-profit, Matt Svoboda launched his own consulting company in January 2019. With a focus on strategy, HR, and accelerating growth he served businesses and nonprofits all over the country. Based out of Nashville, TN he joined the One Digital team in February 2023 as the Senior Manager of Business Strategy and HR Consulting. Matt's primary focus is helping companies accelerate growth by optimizing their team and executing a well-planned strategy.
Matt's strengths of creating healthy culture, leadership coaching and development, strategic thinking, and process implementation makes him a great asset to companies of all sizes.
Matt has his bachelor's degree from Liberty University and his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
