Melissa Blake is the Employee Benefits Education Lead at OneDigital with over 13 years of benefits experience. A strategic communications and engagement consultant, she has put the focus on the human element of employee benefits throughout her career: speaking to employees as people, connecting benefits to employees’ needs, and making the most of the employer’s investments. Her guiding principle is that people don’t appreciate what they don’t understand – helping to inform each of her recommendations, actions, and deliverables.
