Mollie has 18 years of experience in employee benefits compliance. As a member of the 5-person Mid-Atlantic Compliance Team, Mollie writes newsletters and compliance alert articles, hosts seminars and webinars for both employer groups and employees, conducts plan benefit assessments, advises on complex regulatory issues, and keeps clients abreast of the latest developments in Health Care Reform, HIPAA, paid family leave, and an array of other compliance topics. She has a Group Benefits Associate designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and is an active member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
Mollie attended the University of Virginia, where she received her B.A. and M.A. in English Literature and Language.
