Rennie Worsfold is a Vice President in the Retirement Services division of the Danvers, MA, office of OneDigital, where he helps employers design and manage their employee retirement plans with the goal of improving retirement outcomes for every plan participant. His efforts focus on plan operations, plan compliance, investment management, participant education and financial wellness.
Prior to One Digital, Rennie spent three years with Custodia Finacial, helping to bring to market a specialty retirement solution designed to help improve retirement security, and 18 years with Financial Engines, helping build the leading defined contribution investment advisory and managed account service for more than 700 companies and 9 million retirement plan participants. From 2013 through 2017, he served as Vice President of Institutional Sales, leading both new sponsor distribution as well as the consulting and advisor relations functions, and served on the management team, helping to shape overall product, distribution, and service strategy for Financial Engines. He also led the business development efforts, launch and management of several of Financial Engines’ strategic partnerships with recordkeepers. Additionally, Mr. Worsfold recently completed a three-year term as a member of the U.S. Department of Labor’s ERISA Advisory Council.
Rennie received his MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College. He also has his CPA certification from the State of Illinois.
