Trish Puso is the Director of Client Services for OneDigital’s Small and Mid-Market Business in Northern California. Trish leads a team of experienced local Benefit Consultants, Account Managers and Client Service Specialists that serve a diverse group of clients across a spectrum of industries. Her role is to guide her team in delivering expert strategic advising to human resource professionals and financial executives to assist them with rising healthcare costs, attract and retain talent, and maximize the value of their healthcare programs.
Trish has over a dozen years of benefits and insurance experience and has worked with hundreds of California-based companies to design, implement and communicate cost-effective employee benefits programs.
Outside of work, Trish is passionate about her family, food, wine, travel, and spending time outdoors. She can usually be found either in her kitchen or her garden, with a good book in close reach. She and her husband have three kids and have lived in Livermore for almost 30 years.
