Disneyland Park Hopper tickets are only valid for Friday, April 28th for employees only and cannot be transferred to another person or date. Tickets will be available when our West Summit23 concludes at 10:30am on Friday, April 28th and will begin at the Disneyland Park. No additional tickets will be available onsite. Head to our West Summit23 website for more tricks to add tickets through Disney or through a savings program like PerkSpot for friends and family!

Your flight itinerary is listed on your Navan page under Trips! Check in online with your airline 24 hours before your flight and download your mobile boarding pass. We recommend having the Navan App since it will send you alerts when your flight is ready for check-in and seamless registration with confirmation numbers available. It can also provide flight delay updates, if applicable. Your hotel information will not be found on Navan, only through West Marketing.
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the hotel upon arrival at the SNA or LAX. Lyft and Uber are available rideshare services with signs directing to them at the airport, check our Travel Page on our West Summit23 website for exact locations.
Call the OneDigital West Summit23 Team at 714-501-4303 if you experience a flight delay. We will be monitoring all departing flights.
We require self-parking at the Disneyland Hotel, this will be covered in your rooming cost. When you turn onto Magic Way, you will check-in at the parking booth first and just past it to the right will be the self-parking lot entrance. Under no circumstance should a OneDigital employee participate in Valet, it will not be a covered expense.
Make sure your luggage is checked through to your appropriate airport, either SNA or LAX should show on your baggage tags.
Disneyland Resort will be handling the luggage upon your check-in and check-out, especially if you are opting to visit the Disneyland Parks on Friday, April 28th.
Please arrive at the Lobby to check-in to your hotel room, if it is available early, or provide your luggage to the Disney Concierge if not.
Hotel Check-In will be open at 3:00PM at the front desk. You will need to provide a credit card, which will allow you to charge incidentals to your room or extended stays, if applicable. Please be aware that if you use a debit card, the hotel may place a small hold on your funds. If you are concerned, ask before offering your debit card. The hotel accepts American Express®, Discover®, Mastercard® and Visa®. Check out will be at 11:00 AM on your last day at the resort.
After checking your luggage to the Disney Concierge, please continue to the right of the lobby to the Grand Ballroom. It is located almost directly right when entering the Disneyland Hotel. Our OneDigital Information Desk will be available for you if you have any questions. Name badges will be available at your assigned seat during the lunch on day 1. If you are arriving on Day 2, they will be available at the Information Desk.

Disneyland has a comprehensive approach to security at the theme parks, promenade and Resort hotels. This includes the presence of uniformed police officers using specially trained dogs to help patrol our parks and resorts, and bag checks and security checkpoints at our theme park entrances, the Downtown Disney District, and our Resort hotels. Please plan accordingly when traveling inside the resort.
