With over 20 years of HR experience, Laurel brings a breadth of knowledge to her role in the compliance department. Laurel's strong acumen for collaborating with people on all levels, combined with her expertise in employment law, makes her a resourceful partner for our clients. Further, she is able to apply her multi-industry experience to guide clients on effective HR and compliance strategies. Laurel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Montana State University, which allows her to tackle HR and employment issues from a business perspective. Laurel is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP); this credential recognizes her as an expert and leader in the HR field. She is calm, considerate, an excellent listener, and a valuable resource to our client.
