Joanne DeSena is a benefits consultant at OneDigital, a national team of experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged health care consumers.
Joanne has over a decade of experience within the insurance industry. Prior to joining Digital, she had extensive experience with health, life, dental, disability, and vision for mostly small businesses with less than 100 eligible employees. As a benefits advisor, Joanne draws on her background of high quality customer service, by supporting the implementation of benefit renewals, open enrollment activities, member education meetings and working by her client’s side to resolve any other matters that arise along the way.
She studied elementary education at Central Connecticut State University. One of Joanne’s notable skills is anticipating a company’s needs and establishing creative strategies for their medical and ancillary benefits. She plays an integral role in all aspects of program management, administration and benefit communications.
Joanne is licensed to sell life, accident, and health insurance in Connecticut.
