Faviana Copeland has re-joined the organization on the National Growth Team as Vice President of Value Selling, and Anita Sindhwani has joined OneDigital as Vice President of Digital Business Solutions within the firm’s Information Technology organization.

Copeland brings extensive employee benefits, consulting, and marketing industry experience to the new role, including previous experience as an employee benefits consultant at Willis Towers Watson, Director of Marketing and Regional Director of Business Strategy and CX at OneDigital, and most recently as a Director for Simon-Kucher & Partners. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth and a unique blend of experience in driving organizational initiatives, Copeland will be responsible for enhancing the value-selling capabilities of the National Growth team.

Reporting to OneDigital Chief Information Officer Marcia Calleja-Matsko, Sindhwani will spearhead the oversight of several critical technology verticals dedicated to enhancing OneDigital's business operations, including the advancement of the technology team in areas of data, analytics, acquisition and enterprise business applications including CRM, ERP, HCM, P&C platforms, along with partnering with key stakeholders in delivering innovative solutions to support our growth strategy for scale and convergence in B2C/D2C space. Sindhwani brings an impressive background to OneDigital's IT organization, including previous experience as AVP of IT Delivery for the Digital Transformation Office at UNUM, Director of Enterprise Applications & Technologies at Inspire Brands, Head of Corporate Technology at Sonic and Enterprise Architecture Lead at Oklahoma Gas and Electric, where she built a successful history of collaborating with business leaders to develop innovative technology solutions to enable organizations key strategic objectives.
