Christina Weekly is a senior leader in the HCM technology space with over 15 years of implementation, operations, and support experience. She has specialized in supporting clients with less than 1,000 employees through system implementation, system support, partner relationship management, risk management, project management, and process improvement. Her diverse experience allows her to successfully lead projects, teams, clients, and partners in a wide variety of strategic initiatives incorporating HR technology.
Christina started her career in a full-service contact center responsible for managing all aspects of business operations. This experience developed her proficiency in onboarding, training, finance/payroll, data analytics/reporting, people management, client relationship building, project management, and process improvement. Before joining OneDigital Christina worked at Paylocity as an Implementation Specialist and progressed to more senior leadership roles. She created and launched a support team specifically for referring partners to assist with supporting partner and mutual client relationships.
