With over 20 years of experience in the retirement industry, Courtney's journey has encompassed both the provider and advisor sides, granting her a comprehensive 360-degree view of the capabilities and nuances of both roles. Her career commenced at the Principal Financial Group, where she served as an Account Executive, gaining invaluable insights into plan design, plan compliance, and the significance of employee education. Driven by a desire to do more for her clients in an independent role, Courtney stepped into the advisory side of the business, where she has excelled as a Retirement Plan Consultant, providing expert counsel to plan sponsors on their defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Since joining Fiduciary Plan Advisors (now OneDigital) in 2016, Courtney has played a pivotal role in shaping the retirement landscape for both Plan Sponsors and Participants.
