Atlanta, GA - December 18, 2023 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, announced today that Kristen Eskew, Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) at OneDigital, has been recognized as one of the Top Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Leaders by the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA). Kristen will be honored alongside other industry leaders for their dedication and commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Defined Contribution Industry. This marks Eskew’s second appearance on the DCIIA list after being recognized as a 2022 DEI&B Rising Star.

The DCIIA's DEI Leaders program was created to recognize individuals who are creating a more inclusive financial industry that delivers better returns for all stakeholders.
